Helped me rent a Condo home in Stuart, FL
I contacted Cheryl about a rental property and she reached back out to me in less than 24 hours - additionally, hurricane Irma had just come through the area so I was impressed with her quick reply. I was relocating back to the area from GA and Cheryl was accommodating her meeting with my family to see the property before I was able to get into town. She was helpful, able to answer questions, if she was unsure of certain questions she would find out and get back to me promptly. She would check in regularly and make sure I had everything I needed to get the process started and completed. Overall, I was very pleased working with Cheryl and would recommend her to a friend in the future.

Cheryl is very professional. She called to introduce herself and let us know she would be our agent. She communicated in a timely manner and was able to find us a tenant quickly. She also has a pleasant personality.

When Cheryl first started out as a realtor, she sold us our home. This was not an easy sale by any means. She was professional, competent, and never backed down from the crazy challenge that was put in front of her. Because of all of this, we are so very happy in our home. I would use her again for any home purchase, hands down!
